I love yoga because it’s time I get to spend with my mind, body, and spirit. It helps not only my physical body but brings me more focus and clarity throughout my day.

♦️Why does Delaney love GYMGUYZ?
I love the GYMGUYZ team members and the at home services we offer.

♦️What is Delaney’s favorite way to stay active?
My favorite way to stay active is nature walks and power vinyasa.

♦️What’s Delaney’s favorite yoga pose?
My favorite pose is always changing… In this moment, I enjoy the crow pose as it symbolizes the balance I am seeking in my life.
