A-MAZING. 🥹😭 I CRY!!!!!!

This is Christine.

Christine had a phone consultation with me after her husband told her to hit me up for training because he felt like we would get along.

She locked it in with me that same phone call, and as you can see, the rest is history.

The changes both physically AND mentally have been incredible.

We focused more on and building quality instead of doing excessive amounts of cardio and crash dieting. 1 cheat meal a week. She’s still able to live her best life while being in the best shape of her life.

The most rewarding part of the human experience is the human connection we get to partake in during this lifetime.

Each one of us holds a unique piece of an entire puzzle.

As I live out my dharma and cross paths with the most beautiful souls, I'm reminded as to why I do what I do.

I'm a little extreme and take on more than the average human being should. I miss out on a lot of "fun" and I doubt my path a lot because after all I AM only human and doing my best.

However, amidst one of the most stressful but rewarding chapters of my life, I keep coming back to the solution - TO KEEP FU***NG GOING.

We are only a few days in and year is already requiring me to drop old habits and pick up new ones in order to continue growing into the woman I'm meant to be.

I wanted to thank everyone who's coming along for the ride as this is going to be the biggest year for both and 🖤

All of my gratitude and love. Let's fu***ng win the year.
