The quadriceps consist of four individual muscles; vastus lateralis, vastus medalis, the re**us femoris and the vastus intermedius (not shown) which lies deep to the re**us femoris. Are you still trying to chase your sneaky nutritional behaviors through excessive physical training?

The idea that exercise is the fastest path to weight loss is flawed thinking. This belief is what holds most people back.
If you do not focus on creating a calorie deficit through nutrition you will never see the type of weight loss results and body transformation you’re after.
It’s not about exercise...and it never will be. It’s about nutrition. Cardio training is not the primary driver of fat loss, nutrition is.
