It's JUNE, and you know what that means 🏋️💪
Our programming focus this month is thighs and tris! Here's what you need to know:
Mondays + Tuesdays are our strength focused days. Expect to work with heavy weights for 3-4 reps each week, working up to a heavy single or 1RM at the end of the month! We'll be squatting on Mondays and bench pressing on Tuesdays.
Wednesdays are for PACE!
Thursday's LIFTS will be more hypertrophy focused in order to give you more volume in the places that need it.
Friday's are for WORK! This Friday's class will be our 2 minute max workout, which we'll repeat again at the end of the month with the hopes of improving our numbers!
