We're led by owner/GM John Fleming, Pitching Coach at West Chester University, who has developed talent in southeastern PA for over 35 years, including 15 at the college level and led two pitching staffs to the DII National Championship in the past 6 years. No other local travel program can say that!

🧰 Full Toolbox, Real Coaching
Our staff of college and HS coaches and players trains athletes in a college-style environment, teaching them what college coaches actually look for, from people who evaluate and recruit talent every day.
🎓 College Recruiting Edge
Our staff includes current and former college coaches, like WCU Recruiting Coordinator Charlie "Coop" Cooper, giving our players an inside track as the college landscape keeps shifting.
📈 Development Over Profit
While other programs chase margins, we invest in players. Tournament fees and coach stipends are covered, and in-season hitting, fielding, catching, and pitching sessions come at no extra cost~because confident players are built through reps, not add-on fees.
🏆 Competition That Pushes You
Our 15u–17u teams travel to Georgia, NC, VA, Boston, and Pittsburgh; younger players compete in Williamsport, Cooperstown, and Ship Yard. This fall, our top team heads to Perfect Game's WWBA in FL and takes a college-style bus tour through Wake Forest, High Point, and Richmond.

Our new home, Apex Performance Elite (opened April 2026), puts elite resources under one roof, including Larkins Sports Performance and Motive Physical Therapy Group's sports medicine specialists — keeping players healthy and performing at their best.
🤝 Relationships That Outlast the Roster
Our support doesn't end at graduation. We help alumni navigate summer placement and the transfer portal, and many return to coach or train the next generation of Rebels.
