“Since starting the workout classes, I’ve lost 12 pounds and have seen some incredible changes both inside and outside the gym. I feel noticeably stronger, my endurance has improved, and everyday activities seem easier than they used to. One of the biggest wins has been how my clothes fit—I’m feeling more comfortable and confident than I have in a long time. I’ve also noticed a huge increase in my energy levels throughout the workday. Instead of feeling exhausted by the end of a busy day, I have the energy to stay productive and enjoy time with my family afterward.
