Today we want to highlight one of our coaches and an amazing athlete - Coach Ana!

After spending some time recovering from an achilles injury, she’s squatting heavy weights and is steadily improving her Olympic lifts.

Don’t give up if you are injured! Keep showing up and working on what you can, and before you know it you’ll be surpassing yourself and getting stronger just like Ana.

He got 125kg for three reps on his back squat, focusing on bracing against the belt and pushing through that sticky spot to stand it all the way back up.

Keep working on your squats to get to big numbers like Biji! Just remember - consistency, focus on the core and use the big leg muscles.
