Brad is one of the hardest working people we know! Every week he’s going up on weight, and has made incredible progress in the last few months. His last InBody showed 5lbs of muscle gain and a decrease in body fat! Awesome work, Brad!🥳

Our member spotlight for the week: Cara!🎉

Cara has made incredible improvements in her mobility. She can now get up and down off of the ground very well. She works hard both in and out of the gym to make these improvements! She never runs away from a challenge 💪🏼

Sending a huge thank you for the generosity shown by two local organizations!

Center Pointe Christian Church hosted a churchwide donation of food, household items, and underwear as part of their “Love is Why: ON MISSION” initiative."

Alloy Personal Training - West Chester OH challenged two of their locations to collect new underwear for Reach Out Lakota - and they delivered!

These generous collections will have a profound impact on the health, dignity, and self-worth for many in our community.
