I’m laying in bed DYING 😂 my legs already hurt so freakin bad from my workout, but it feels so good! Now that i workout 3-4 days a week, i have to train quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves all on one day 😅 the 4th day isn’t guaranteed depending on my pain levels, so gotta work with what we got!

I think this is something that people still forget.. find a plan that works FOR YOU! If you’re a client and you come to me saying that you can workout 4-5, 5-6, Days a week, i typically building a workout around the lower number. Here’s why:
The first number you give is probably the amount of times you WILL workout, no matter what. The latter, is more than likely what you want to building up to or what you can make time fore, but it’s no your priority. I.e. i say i workout 3-4 times a week, it will 100% be 3, but not always 4. Make sense?

I believe there is still so much pressure to always be at the gym and always grinding. SLOW DOWN FOLKS. The gym isn’t going anywhere and if you commit to something you won’t do you’re only going to cheat yourself. Remember to be realistic. Go to the gym. Live your life. But remember to take some time for yourself.
