UPDATE: The Red Cross and Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management will transition the reception center at Samuel Fels High School into an overnight shelter for those impacted by this morning's fire in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. At the shelter, residents will be provided with a place to sleep, meals, snacks, drinks and other care and comfort items provided by the Red Cross and our community partners as the city continues to determine next steps.
