🚫 No prerequisites or advanced skills required
The event takes the movements we already use in the gym and turns them into a fun, team-based sport.

Think dodgeball + your favorite school sport + cheering for your team. 🏆

The goal is less about being competitive and more about having a great time with your gym buddies and feeling like a kid again.

Every participant gets a swag bag with Grid League partner products and perks.
