The Montgomery Business Expo (Telemotion's first ever) was fabulous! My neighbors were Matthew 25 Ministries and the Montgomery Rotary Club. I am looking forward to having lunch at Matthew 25 soon...I didn't know they had a restaurant! Do you activate your glute muscles daily? Working your glutes ensures that you can get up out of a chair easily. You can do this exercise pretty much anywhere...in a car, in a meeting, at your desk. Just tighten your glute muscles count to five or ten then release. Do this several times a day!
