🏆 2026 Penn Oaks Men’s Club Champion: Jimmy O’Connor 🏆

Congratulations to Jimmy O’Connor on capturing his fourth Men’s Club Championship at Penn Oaks Golf Club!

Jimmy closed out the championship with an impressive final-round 73, holding off former Division I golfer Jon Ross and this year’s Senior Club Champion, Dan Missar.

He did not lead the tournament until the final day, but he stayed patient, kept battling and improved with every round. Jimmy never gave up, and when the opportunity came, he held strong and finished the job.

Congratulations as well to all of this year’s competitors. Four rounds of championship golf is a true test, and the tournament was a great showcase of competition, sportsmanship and perseverance.

We had an incredible time at our Member Luau Party! 🌺🌴 Complete with live steel drums, a delicious Hawaiian-inspired menu, interactive hula and fire show, and all the chill island vibes. 🌴🔥💃

A huge thank you to our talented steel drummer, Dale Knight, and our incredible hula and fire performer, Solara Lopez of Je Vis Entertainment, for making the night so unforgettable!

🏆 Halfway Leader: Jon Ross 🏆

After two rounds of the 2026 Penn Oaks Golf Club Men’s Club Championship, Jon Ross has taken control of the Championship Flight and will carry a six-shot lead into next weekend’s final two rounds.

Ross opened the championship with an impressive even-par round of 71 in Round 1 and has put himself in a strong position heading into the final 36 holes.

Right behind him are two proven champions: Dan Missar, the 2012 and 2022 Men’s Club Champion and our current Senior Club Champion, and Jimmy O’Connor, the 2017 and 2023 champion.

Can Jon hold off the past champions and finish the job, or will one of them make a charge over the final two rounds this Saturday and Sunday? ⛳
