Get to know our Board members and Coaches!

Kody Allred brings more than 15 years of coaching experience in both baseball and football, with a background that spans youth, collegiate, and professional athletics. Raised in Alabama, he was a five-year letterman in both baseball and football. These experiences fueled his lifelong passion for sports, leadership, and mentoring young athletes. He also played semi-professional football for the Alabama Warriors in the XSFL, where he was a two-year starter.

For the past two years, Kody has been a dedicated coach within the WCRA organization while also serving as the program's Treasurer. Beyond WCRA, he has coached youth baseball and wrestling in West Carrollton and currently serves on the board of WCBC. 🏴‍☠️

Kody believes youth athletics are about far more than wins and losses. Through sports, young athletes learn discipline, confidence, teamwork, accountability, and character—skills that extend well beyond the playing field.

"Youth sports have always been a major part of my life. I believe athletics help build discipline, confidence, teamwork, and character in young athletes. My goal is to help strengthen our community through sports while helping develop great young men and women both on and off the field."— Kody

Get to know our board members and coaches!

Logan Dean is serving his second year as WCRA President after previously spending one year as Athletic Director. During his time with the organization, he coached a team for 3 seasons. That team advanced to the Gold Bracket and went on to win the Silver Bowl the following season. This will be his 2nd season as assistant coach for the 5th grade team.

Logan grew up playing peewee and junior high football in Fairborn before moving to Greenon, where he continued his football career through high school as a running back. He later played football at Defiance College until a shoulder and back injury brought his playing career to an end.

As President, Logan’s goal is to leave the organization better than he found it. He is passionate about teaching the game of football while using it as a platform to instill valuable life lessons in young athletes. He believes strong character and successful school sports programs begin at the peewee level. He hopes to build stronger connections with the junior high and high school programs to promote growth, unity, and community-wide support.
