USA Twisterz provides a safe, positive, caring environment for your child to learn, develop, and thrive. The USA Twisterz is committed to the highest principles of sport ethics. We work with the athletes to develop their motor skills, body awareness, promote team spirit, build strong character and self esteem. Instructors conduct ongoing student evaluations to identify individual ability and to recognize areas where help is needed. Our goal is for everyone to get the most out of their gymnastics, while having fun in the process! USA Twisterz offers year-round opportunities to enhance your child's physical ability, coordination, confidence, and self discipline. At USATwisterz, we offer small group instruction in our 16,000 sq. In addition to our semester classes, we host FABULOUS birthday parties. They are strategically designed to be a combination of immense fun for the kids and stress-free for the parent! Reach out with any questions or concerns you may have. Ava’s journey is one of the most beautiful reminders of why we do what we do. ❤️💙

She started with us in our Tiny Twisterz program, taking those first little steps into the world of gymnastics. Today, she is representing USA Twisterz on the competitive level as a top-tier athlete, and watching that transformation has been incredibly special.

As her coach, I couldn’t be more proud of the gymnast she has become, but even more proud of the person she is becoming. Gymnastics teaches so much more than skills, routines, and medals. It teaches discipline, resilience, confidence, courage, accountability, perseverance, and how to believe in yourself when something feels impossible.

At USA Twisterz, we value every gymnast at the highest level. Our goal is never simply to create great gymnasts. It is to help create strong, confident, capable young women who carry the lessons they learn in the gym with them for the rest of their lives.

Ava, getting to watch you grow from our Tiny Twisterz program into the incredible athlete you are today is an absolute privilege. I am so proud to be your coach, and I am even more excited to see where this journey takes you. This is only the beginning. ❤️💙✨

⭐️⭐️This is where champions get built⭐️⭐️

Choreography that teaches them how to move with confidence. Strength training that gives them the power to trust their bodies. Flexibility that turns hard skills into beautiful ones. Every rep, every stretch, every correction is an investment in the athlete she’s becoming.

And she is not doing it alone. Our coaches are all in on every single kid in this gym, whether she’s chasing a JO season, competing Xcel, or walking into her very first rec class. Same energy, same standards, same belief. Because greatness doesn’t start at a certain level. It starts with a foundation, and we build those for everyone.

Watch what happens when a kid is truly believed in. She stands taller. She tries the thing she was scared of. She beams. These moments help to instill important life long traits and become part of the confident, capable young woman she will grow into.

That’s the whole reason we do this. Let’s go, USA twisterz. 💙

Arms up. Chins high. Locked in. This is what a Thursday afternoon looks like at USA Twisterz, and I could not be prouder.

Every athlete in this gym is learning the same lesson. That strong is something you build. That the tenth try counts more than the first. That you can walk into a room feeling unsure and walk out standing a little taller.

Our girls work HARD. They fall, they laugh, they get back up, they try it again. And somewhere in all that they figure out they are capable of more than they thought.

USA Twisterz in West Caldwell is running Summer Camp August 31st through September 4th, and we still have limited spots open!

Full Day (9–3): $84 members / $92 non-members. Bring a snack, lunch, and water.

Half Day (9–12 or 12–3): $57 members / $62 non-members. Bring a snack and water.

15% sibling discount!

Gymnastics, games, tumbling, and a whole lot of laughing. Perfect for burning off that last bit of summer energy before the school year kicks in. All levels welcome, no experience needed.
