I would like to clear up a couple of things/rumors.
There will be an announcement at the hall tonight as well.
Door policy: please don’t leave your bag or belongings outside the doors prior to 1 pm. This is an organization by-law.
Sometimes we share our space with other organizations on Sat morning, doors that have stuff in front of them is not acceptable and not safe. It also not very fair to drop a bag at 9am and leave for the day then come back to be first in line.
Ice policy, we do not have an ice machine. We BUY ice every week and bring it in. It is free to all players at the 1st smoke break until it runs out. Please do not use any other cups other than what is provided. This is a seasonal item.
Coolers: we have never told anyone that you can’t bring a cooler. You can bring whatever you need to bring including a cooler as long is does not block our walkways. That would be unsafe.
We do not allow players to use the refrigerators or freezers. It is for the kitchen staff only.
If anyone ever has a question please ask. Most of the things being said are usually not accurate. Thank you! Good luck!!
