What an amazing morning at our BEYOND STRENGTH women’s weightlifting workshop.

Seeing this group of women show up, learn, ask questions, support each other, and step into the weight room with more confidence was exactly why we created this event.

Strength is about so much more than muscle.

It is bone density.
It is mobility.
It is stability.
It is confidence.
It is independence.
It is learning how to move with purpose and train with intent.

Today wasn’t just about learning the barbell or practicing how to lift weights. It was about building a stronger body, a stronger mindset, and a stronger community.

We are so proud of every woman who took the opportunity to better herself today — and we cannot wait to keep growing this community.

Today was special.

A huge thank you to the West Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce for joining us for Coffee Connection and to every local business owner who came through our doors. We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share the passion, purpose, and intentionality behind what we’re building at LIFT.

So many of you got to see the heart behind these doors today, and that means a lot to us.

A big shoutout to for supplying amazing coffee and helping create such a warm, energizing atmosphere for some truly great conversation.

And most importantly, we couldn’t do any of this without our talented coaching team. Their passion, care, and commitment are a huge part of what makes LIFT what it is.

That lifting weights is only for the young.
