One quote that always resonated with me as a trainer/ coach. " you never graduate.". An example of a tool i have that not many in the country have. The "bulldog leash" which was created by my first mentor. As you see it attached to the bottom of this kettlebell and is a great teaching tool for correcting broken wrist and making it a great teaching tool !

There are few things in ones life that are referred to as " life changing." Well my friends thanks to Mr. James Dixon I had one of those moments. So many trainers,coaches focus the part of society that has the capabilities but lack desire.
The society I was welcomed into we one with desire but lack capabilities or knowledge. Well if James and I have anything to say about this we are teaming to give hope to those with abilities and desire to now give them hope!

I wonder what would happen if "most". of the influencers would train with their shirts on🤔. There is a time a place for everything but in most cases it screens insecure. So prove me wrong🤷🏼‍♂️, I mean outside of cross fit where it is part of the culture, I have not been in a gym that lets you go shirtless🙆‍♂️. I yes i have a fu***ng 6-pack! No statement is you really fu***ng cares? NO BODY!
