For anyone needing to hear this:
START SOMETHING NEW THIS WEEK.
Its time to put the excuses in the passenger seat and drive those fkkerz straight on into Navigate.
We don’t care ‘WHAT’ YOU DO. We do care how and we will show you EXACTLY what that means.
The last thing we want is to stress your possibly stressed state with intense training if that’s what you’re thinking it will be like, however, you’d be surprised how powerful it feels to be in control of not “avoiding stress” BUT being presented with it : and thennnnnn
A lot of articles and so-called health professionals, will tell you to avoid stress, or at least “lessen stress”, which.. leads to a couple things; with people already feeling lost.
People will disconnect (and I’m not talking from social media which may be a cause of plenty of peoples inner turmoil) I’m talking about they retract and hide. Freeze.
Or
They distract. Which, may feel helpful from a moment to moment basis but in the long run leads people to keep searching for distraction and they ultimately run out of things to “do” or just burn out from exhaustion. FLIGHT.
Some people are finally starting to talk about the process of not avoiding stress, and not trying to hide from stress, but meeting stress where it is and dealing with it head-on.
Of course, things like don’t go on your phone as much, stay away from a lot of the popular news stations, don’t involve yourself in unecessary conflict etc … these are things that will help you not willingly invite stress into your life but the stuff you cannot control (other peoples manners, sudden misfortunes, a workout that’s testing every piece of your patience)
This is where we practice how we HANDLE stress and discomfort and what inner state we are currently holding to be able to do just that.
ENTER WEIGHT TRAINING and PROPER MUSCLE IGNITION
These things take practice , presence and discipline. They require you to show up and be aware of what’s happening along with how you’re reacting vs responding.

And you never have to get THAT deep with me or any other coach. I’ll tell you though, once you start treating your training and your body with the respect it deserves, your outer world with start to mold itself around your new found enlightenment regarding who you are and what you’re capable of/ not willing to put up with.
Discipline and presence requires respect and a love for oneself.
It’s here you’ll really understand what to do or possibly not to do (without damning yourself) when stress arises because you will have a better understanding of just how honest/ loyal and willing to try you are.
And trying …. is a power move.
