Florida’s firearm waiting period could soon be coming to an end!
The Florida Attorney General has moved to settle a lawsuit challenging the state’s three-day waiting period for firearm purchases.
The case argues that lawful buyers should not have to wait after passing a background check.
Important note:
This is NOT final yet.
A federal court still needs to approve the agreement before the waiting period is officially struck down.
