Dukatz has over 19 years of operating his own Martial Arts school with a 4th degree in TKD and a 3rd degree in Pankration. Our class schedule consists
of Lil' Dragons, Karate / Tae Kwon Do, Jiu-Jitsu, Pankration &
Street Self-Defense & weapons training. This is a great way to build confidence in a child or adult and is a great way to get in shape if your a kid or an adult.

What a fun Christmas Party! We gave away 56 door prizes 3 new uniforms for the winners of musical chairs and 1 month of free lessons for drop the clothes pin in the jug. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take many pictures, so if anyone took any please send me them.

What a great jiu-jitsu Class tonight! We learned an awesome new takedown. It was also nice having a few visitors from other gyms come train with us tonight.
