• If you have a customer service issue, we recommend you contact Crestliner Boats customer service for the fastest path to resolution. Only comments from the official Crestliner Boats page (https://www.facebook.com/crestlinerboats) should be considered representative of Crestliner Boats. Any other advice or postings on this page do not represent Crestliner Boats in an official capacity.
• If you have an issue relating to warranty claims, service issues, dealer relations or other issues we cannot assist with on Facebook or other social channels, we recommend contacting Crestliner Boats Customer Service using the methods listed above. While the Social Team will assist with directing you to the proper contacts for customer assistance and dealer relations, we will not address specific engine issues, troubleshoot technical problems, comment on warranty claims or provide extensive service advice. We reserve the right to remove commentary that is disruptive to the overall community and/or reveals personal information (phone numbers, email addresses, engine serial numbers, etc.).
