Improve your endurance, strength, flexibility, speed, coordination, balance and lower your overall stress level. Adult and family classes are offered multiple times per week depending upon your skill level

As of right now, ONLY 2 SHIRTS LEFT.
We have the following inventory:

- 1 adult large grey shirt

This is first-come, first-served, so please let Master Jacob know as soon as possible so he can set yours to the side. All T-shirts are $35, payable by either cash or check.

As summer comes to an end and a new school year begins, it’s the perfect time to reset, refocus, and set new goals. Whether it’s in school, at home/work, or on the mats, remember that achievements come from staying focused, working hard, and never giving up when things get difficult.
