Begun in 1928 and designed by architects Langford and Moreau, this 18 hole golf course was carefully constructed utilizing the natural topography of the Kettle Moraine. The unique characteristics that define all great golf courses have been deliberately built into WBCC, assuring members the right degree

of challenge along with beautiful scenery and superior playability. William Boyce Langford was one of the most prolific course designers in the Midwest during the first half of the 20th Century. He took up the game of golf while recovering from a case of polio in his childhood and later went on to play for Yale on a team that won the NCAA championship three years in a row. This course reflects Langford’s aptitude for the game, sporting striking greens, classic approach angles and dramatic steep sloped, daunting bunkers—all of which might leave you itching to return for better shot and another round.

Our caddies are ready for Saturday! ⛳

After completing their training, our new caddies are officially ready to begin this weekend.

The caddie program has long been one of WBCC’s best traditions, giving young people the chance to learn the game, build confidence, and create meaningful connections with our members.

Last year, we set a new Club record for caddie loops and this year, we’re looking to break that record again with a goal of 350 caddie loops.

Congratulations to Ben, our Employee of the Month! 👏

Ben has been part of the WBCC team for the past eight years and currently serves as a Second Assistant on our grounds team. From helping with course projects to mentoring our seasonal staff, Ben takes great pride in his work and plays an important role in keeping the course looking its best.

Away from the Club, Ben’s favorite role is being a dad. He and his wife have three young children, and when he’s not at the course, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Thank you, Ben, for everything you do for WBCC. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!

Yesterday’s Ladies’ Spring Fashion Show & Luncheon was an absolute hit 🌸 The room was full of energy, the spring styles on the runway were a standout, and having four vendors on site made it even more fun with plenty of shopping after the show.

After opening the golf course on Thursday and celebrating the start of Masters week with a great wine dinner inspired by Rory McIlroy’s Masters Dinner menu, we are ready for a fun 2026 at the Club.

Our Annual Easter Brunch & Egg Hunt was a really special day at West Bend Country Club 🌷🐰 With chef-manned stations, a fun Easter egg hunt for the kids, and a visit from the Easter Bunny, there was plenty to enjoy throughout the afternoon.

It was wonderful to see so many families out celebrating this special day at the Club.

The road to golf season starts long before the first tee shot! ⛳️🌱

Early mornings, long hours, and working around the weather are all part of the process this time of year as our grounds crew gets the course ready for opening day.

From greens preparation and the first mow and roll, to cleanup across the course, tree pruning, bunker clearing, and winter storm repair, steady progress is being made every chance the weather allows, all with the goal of bringing the course back to the pristine conditions our members know and expect.☀️🌿

We’re proud to recognize Chase Koebel as WBCC’s Employee of the Month ⭐

Since joining the Club in June 2025, Chase has become a valued part of our team through his positive attitude, steady growth, and strong presence behind the bar. He continues to create a fun, welcoming experience for our members and has grown tremendously as both a bartender and teammate.

Outside of work, Chase enjoys working out, fishing, and flying ✈️, and he holds his private pilot license.
