As we wrap up our summer strength & conditioning programs we want to give a huge shout out to all of our athletes who showed tremendous growth & commitment! It has a been a pleasure working with these groups & watching them gain confidence , strength, speed & agility! We can’t wait to see you all perform this school year for your respective schools/teams! Gave our athletes a little treat at the end of their workouts today to show our appreciation for their efforts!

Due to high interest we are opening a 2nd YOUTH FOOTBALL SKILLS class MONDAYS at 7:30pm! This will run congruent with our Wednesday session (9am). Fall sports quickly approaching & we want to offer as many opportunities for your athletes to prepare for their seasons!
