What if some of the things you do every day for your health aren’t actually YOUR decisions?

Think about it.

We stop for the school bus because we’ve been taught, “When you see a school bus, STOP.”

But how many of us have actually stopped to learn what the law says?

And then I started thinking…

How much of our health works the same way?

Three meals a day.

Snacks between meals.

“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.”

Eating every few hours to “keep your metabolism going.”

Low-fat everything.

We’ve been hearing these messages for decades, so they become normal.

And once something becomes normal, we stop questioning it.

That doesn’t mean everything we’ve been taught is wrong.

It means we should be willing to question it.

Because if you want to change your body, your health, and ultimately your life, you have to stop blindly following the defaults.

Don’t just ask, “What am I supposed to do?”

Ask:

“Why?”

That’s where real change begins.
