I’ve seen numerous posts on community forums of people asking what’s the best gym..well that depends, what’s best to you might not be the best to another. The question is what are you looking for in your next gym…What type of training are you looking to do…What equipment is important to accomplish your goals…What times/days will you be needing to train…aside from those questions you could dig even deeper and ask is environment important to you. One answer I can give without a doubt is you should definitely give your LOCAL GYM a try. Not just ours, any one of us!!
I say it every year we are all very different but most of us come from a place where heart is what drives our business. Most franchise gyms just want your money and hardly care about your true needs. This past Christmas break I had tons of people needing day passes because their regular gym was closed. The same gym who more than likely charged you a “yearly fee” yet was not available to you year round? That alone is something to think about. Although we are not open 24/7 other LOCAL gyms are. We are however open 365 days to our members. That’s just a small example, I could go on about the difference in supporting local but it’s best you see for yourself. So think carefully this year as you start your journey and please consider your LOCAL gyms when making a decision. 🫶🏼✨
