This weekend we competed at the Texas High Stakes cook-off in Edinburg, Texas. We placed 6th in brisket, 15th in ribs, 20th in chicken, and 12th in steak. Overall we placed 10th against some of the best cooks. Congratulations to RGC Top Hat Cookers, and GC and overall GC Smoking and Toasting!! A big thank you to our sponsor Judge Marla Cuellar!

Had a great time at the PDAP cook-off at Bert Ogden Arena. This week we placed 5th in chicken, 2nd in brisket, 25th in ribs, and reserve grand champion out of a total of 47 teams.
