One of the largest, most robust databases for pitching performance in the world has helped us build BOOST and our reporting systems.

Over 20,000 pitches on motion capture alone.

With AI, it’s become much easier for people to create their own models. But what are they based on? Something that seemed so objective 5 years ago now has athletes questioning the integrity of their scores.

How do we take what we’re working on and blend it into competition?

It should be a step by step process that moves us more and more into a game-speed pitching delivery. Much like a hitter would work off the tee, then front toss, then BP, then to the game.

Every coach gets into this profession for the same reason:

To make an impact.

But growth creates a challenge.

As your athlete count increases, maintaining the same level of individualization, communication, assessment quality, and coaching oversight becomes harder and harder. Most organizations eventually face a choice:

Scale the business or protect the quality.

BOOST was built to eliminate that tradeoff.

BOOST isn’t designed to replace coaches. It’s designed to amplify them.

By centralizing assessment data, athlete monitoring, training delivery, communication, and performance insights, coaches gain the systems necessary to create consistent, high-level experiences across their entire organization without sacrificing the individual athlete.

The result?

➡️ More athletes served without lowering standards.
➡️ Better coach-to-athlete communication.
➡️ Clearer development pathways.
➡️ Stronger retention and trust.
➡️ More time spent coaching and less time managing spreadsheets, documents, and administrative tasks.

The organizations that make the biggest impact aren’t always the ones with the largest facilities, biggest social media following, or most coaches on staff.

They’re the organizations that build repeatable systems that allow great coaching to scale.

That’s what BOOST solves.

Because the goal isn’t simply to grow a business.

It’s to create an ecosystem where every athlete receives a better experience, every coach has better tools, and every decision is driven by objective information rather than guesswork.

Scale with integrity.
Coach with clarity.
Create a larger impact.

That’s BOOST. Read more and book a demo online at https://premierpitching.com/pages/boost

Every drill we prescribe has a purpose.

For Christian Prull (), this targeted plyometric intervention—a depth drop—is being used to address specific movement strategies identified during his assessment process.

One of the primary findings was difficulty orienting the pelvis into a position of stability at foot contact. Christian demonstrated an early loss of back heel connection, causing his center of mass to shift forward prematurely and forcing propulsion from the back foot to occur primarily through the toe rather than through a more stable and efficient ground interaction strategy.

The depth drop environment challenges him to maintain connection to the ground while rapidly organizing his center of mass and pelvis into a position capable of accepting force. This creates an opportunity to improve back hip loading and develop more efficient force transfer from the lower half through ball release.

Additionally, Christian has historically struggled to pull the arm out of shoulder horizontal abduction during the acceleration phase. As a result, the trunk often outruns the arm, creating a scenario where the arm is dragged into release rather than actively contributing to velocity production.

The time constraints created by the depth drop environment help address this challenge as well. By forcing the body to organize and move rapidly, the drill encourages a quicker arm action and more efficient arm timing relative to trunk rotation.

This is why assessments matter.

The goal isn’t finding the most popular drill. The goal is identifying the specific mechanical constraints limiting performance and selecting training environments that directly target those limitations.

Assessment drives intervention. Intervention drives adaptation. Adaptation drives performance.

The two best pitchers in Kansas train with PPP. 🔥

Kam Smith was awarded the pitcher of the year in 3A division shortly after Grey Sanders (Mulvane, KU Commit) was named the 4A pitcher of the year.

An incredible spring season for Kam that we expect he will continue on the summer circuit to build his draft stock for the 2027 MLB Draft.
