For years, I kept telling myself:

“I’ll focus on my health when life slows down.”

When work wasn’t so busy.

When the kids got older.

When I had more free time.

The problem was that day never came.

Because life is always busy.

There will always be work to do, places to be, vacations to take, social plans on the calendar, people who need us, and reasons to put ourselves last.

What finally changed for me wasn’t finding more time.

It was deciding my health was important enough to make time for.

So I stopped waiting.

I started setting aside a few hours each week to train.

Not because I wanted less time with my family.

Because I wanted more energy.
More strength.
More confidence.
More healthy years with them.

The truth is, 4 hours a week isn’t that much.

There are 168 hours in a week.

I give 4 of them to my health.

The other 164 can handle work, family, vacations, social plans, and all the other busy things life throws my way.

So I stopped waiting for life to slow down.

I started making time for me. ❤️💪

✨ 3 YEARS OF ON A FIT-GRIND ✨

Three years ago, I decided it was time to start my next chapter and leave the healthcare industry.

I had a vision of helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident, not just in the gym, but in life. What I couldn’t have imagined was how much this journey would grow and how many incredible people would become part of it.

Through all the ups and downs that life throws at us, we are stronger than ever.

Together we’ve lost inches and body fat, gained strength and confidence, improved mobility, built healthier habits, overcome injuries and setbacks, hit personal records, and proven that consistency truly changes lives.

This past year alone has been an exciting one. We’ve grown from 2 small groups to 5, welcomed so many new faces into the community, and launched our Science of Stretching classes to help people move and feel better both inside and outside the gym.

What I’m most proud of isn’t the growth of the business, it’s the people behind it. The early mornings, the accountability, the encouragement, the friendships, and the commitment to showing up even when life gets hard.

To every client, class participant, referral, supporter, friend, and family member who has been part of this journey,

Some clients thrive in a structured small group environment with accountability, consistency, and community.

Others benefit more from individualized one-on-one coaching due to:
✔ current or prior injuries
✔ movement modifications
✔ chronic pain
✔ highly specific long-term goals
✔ higher accountability needs
✔ or schedule flexibility

And for some clients… the BEST option may actually be a hybrid approach:
➡️ combining individualized coaching with small group training for the best of both worlds.

One-on-one coaching often gives clients an edge because their programming, progression, movement selection, and accountability are fully customized around THEM.

This is a topic that affects far more people (both men & women) than we realize, especially with chronic hip pain, low back tension, core instability, improper bracing when lifting, postpartum recovery, aging, or persistent movement limitations.

I wanted to share this FREE workshop with Dr. Rachel Phillips from Kinetic Physical Therapy. She specializes in pelvic floor therapy and overall chronic pain. So many people could truly benefit from this conversation.

Pelvic floor health can impact:

I’ll be taking some time away 5/20–5/25 to recharge, soak up some family time, and enjoy the holiday weekend. ❤️

I will officially be returning to work on 5/26!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the strong women out there. 💕

To the moms, grandmas, bonus moms, stepmoms, aunties, caregivers, dog moms, and the women who show up every day loving and supporting others in big and small ways — today is for you.

The ones balancing schedules, carrying the mental load, showing up exhausted, putting everyone else first, and still trying to take care of themselves too.

Strength isn’t just built in the gym.
It’s built in the early mornings, the sacrifices, the patience, the resilience, and the love you give day after day.

To the women lifting more than weights — we see you.
