Kids will take on running, sleds, SkiErg, rowing, farmers carry, lunges, and more!

💪 All exercises and weights are modified to be age-appropriate and safe while still providing a fun and challenging HYROX-style experience.

23 members hit 18+ sessions in August! That kind of consistency deserves to be recognized.
