Labor Day 2026 ~ a message from a small business with a big heart 💚 Ending-of-summer greetings…I LOVE this time of year.
Cooler mornings. Crickets. School starting. The first hints of color in the leaves. Pumpkin bread and Starbucks warm lattes. Chili & football games—bring it on!!🍁🏈☕️😎
And underneath it all, there’s this feeling of change.
Sometimes we can feel a little sad about what we’re leaving behind.
Did I do enough?
Did I enjoy this season enough?
Am I ready for what’s next?
You know the saying…
“The days are long, but the years fly by.”
I feel you.
Life changes. Seasons change. Our bodies change.
And the best thing we can do is be present, enjoy the ride, and take care of ourselves along the way.
Some of you know me as a mom. A community member. A trainer. A Realtor. A fellow cyclist. A Pilates instructor.
I’ve spent the last 15+ years collecting experiences, learning, teaching, training, and helping people move better.
And now I’m putting all of that experience into something I believe in deeply:
The Moira Method.
A wellness program designed primarily for women 50+ — and a few good men, too 😉 — who want to ditch the aches and pains, feel stronger, improve their posture, build muscle and keep moving forward.
Because this next chapter matters.
Whether you’re approaching retirement, navigating the empty-nester years, or simply realizing that you want to feel REALLY GOOD in your body for the next 20, 30 or 40 years…
Let’s prepare for it.
The Moira Method is simple:
Movement.
Strength.
Clean nutrition.
Consistency.
Over 12 weeks, I’ll guide you through workouts, teach you how to move with more ease, help you understand what and how to eat, and meet with you weekly on Zoom so you can ask questions and stay accountable.
And yes — we switch it up.
Pilates Reformer.
Weights.
TRX.
Core.
Mobility.
Strength.
I’ve been teaching Pilates Reformer for more than 15 years. I know how to cater to clients aches & pains, and work around any existing injuries.
But I don’t believe in spending your entire life at the gym.
Set up a little space at home. Make the threshold low. Make movement easy to access.
You don’t need a Reformer.
But I believe so strongly in what the Reformer can do for your body that, if you have the space and the means, I think it’s absolutely worth considering — it’s that good. (that’s why it’s so popular even for athletes.;))
Reformer was originally designed as a rehab machine and is for all different conditioning levels, truly. But it’s not like a treadmill—you need instruction to know how to use it.
But here’s the most important part:
This isn’t a guarantee.
Because I can teach you.
I can guide you.
I can give you the tools.
But you have to do the work.
I’m not here to cold-call you or pressure you into another appointment.
I’m offering you an opportunity to reconnect with your body and take responsibility for your health.
Because I truly believe my experience can help you.
Muscle is your new insurance plan.
None of us knows exactly what the future holds.
But I do know this:
When you are fit, strong, mobile and confident in your body, life is just a whole lot easier.
So as summer winds down and a new season begins, maybe this is your season to start.

I’m Moira.
And I’m doing this because I genuinely want to help more people live stronger, healthier, more active lives.
Keep moving. Keep growing. Keep the peace in you. 💚
Enjoy the long weekend...
The next chapter can be your strongest one yet.
