Ok the other day I updated saying I was starting class back up in January. I am sad to say that due to a complication in my pregnancy i just found out about, I cannot teach until after my baby is born. I am so sorry and am so bummed, but obviously will do all I can to keep my baby and I safe! I appreciate all those who have come to class and supported me! And hopefully will be able to teach again in late summer/fall!

So we are going to start back up in January and do Tuesday and Friday mornings at 8:15 am! Still at the LDS church in Wendell and still free! Fun fun fun!

Well some changes! I now teach again but I can't call it Zumba, as I am no longer a licensed Zumba instructor. I love it, but decided to do a free class for the community at the LDS church gym every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:15 am. I figured if I was going to do a free class for everyone, that I didn't want to pay a monthly fee for an opportunity to say I teach something....so it is a little different music but still the same FUN and great WORKOUT! So it is family friendly and if you want to come and workout and get some great cardio while having fun, come come come! :)

I saw this today and it made me laugh....alot....because I feel this way so many times and I TEACH!! Haha, that's the thing, we all get goofy, crazy, wild; feel dumb, beautiful, coordinated and uncoordinated, all the time! It is just a fun way to get some awesome cardio in!! No one cares what you look like, because we are all worried about what we look like!!

Zumbs is going to be on Tuesday this week (so tomorrow!) due to the grade school's spelling bee's Wednesday night! So tomorrow at 6!! :)
