Our phones are still down at the pool. If you are still interested in signing your kids up for lessons please stop by and we most defiantly can get them signed up. Sorry about the inconvenience. Also please note we have updated times and prices. Our hours for open swim Monday-Thursday 1pm-5pm and 6pm-8pm. Friday and Saturday we are open 1-8pm!

📢 Wendell Pool Update 📢

The Wendell Pool phone system will be temporarily down for the next couple of days while we wait for replacement parts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you have any questions or need assistance, pool staff will be available on-site daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and would be happy to help. Please feel free to stop by.

The Wendell Recreation District would like to publicly thank the community member who recently notified us of the vandalism that occurred on district property. Their willingness to speak up and report suspicious activity helped bring attention to damages quickly and reinforces just how important community involvement is in protecting the facilities we all share.

Our parks, ballfields, playgrounds, and recreation areas are here for everyone — especially the youth and families of our community. These facilities are built and maintained through the support, time, and resources of our community members, and we rely heavily on the public to help us keep them safe and cared for.

We encourage everyone to remain aware and vigilant while using our recreation areas. If you see suspicious activity, vandalism, or damage to district property or any surrounding property within the community, please report it immediately. A community that looks out for one another plays a major role in preventing further damage and preserving these spaces for future generations.

Thank you again to the individual who stepped forward and to all of the community members who continue to support and protect the Wendell Recreation District. Thank you to our Gooding Sheriff Department for responding and taking action to our vandalism event.

Hello everyone, Friday, May 15th is the last day to get in swim team registration papers! If your child is interested in joining, please pick up the forms at the rec office. Registration fees are $60 per swimmer!

Reminder, this is a competitive league, swimmers must be able to swim the whole length of the pool independently and/or have passed level 4 lessons.

Hola a todos, ¡el viernes 15 de mayo es el último día para entregar los formularios de inscripción para el equipo de natación! Si su hijo/a está interesado/a en participar, por favor recojan los formularios en la oficina del centro recreativo. ¡La cuota de inscripción es de $60 por nadador!

Recordatorio: esta es una liga competitiva. Los nadadores deben poder nadar de manera independiente a lo largo de toda la piscina y/o haber aprobado las clases de nivel 4.
