The Cajun Classic Horseshoe Tournament took place today in Welsh, La., courtesy of the Cajun Horseshoe Pitchers. It was an ideal day for pitching horseshoes. We appreciate everyone who participated, making this tournament a success. Congratulations to the winners! Special thanks to Ruby and Benita for assisting with scorekeeping.

We appreciate the contributions of all individuals who made the Louisiana Open Horseshoe Tournament a success. Hosted by Cajun Horseshoe Pitchers, Welsh, LA. It was a great day for horseshoe pitching. Congratulations to all our winners!

This is a reminder that the La Open is set for Saturday, May 16th in Welsh, with a 9 o'clock start time. Concessions, a raffle table, and a 50/50 drawing will be provided. If you are unable to participate, we need help to ensure the event's success, and your support would be appreciated. The entry fee is $25, and late drop-outs will be responsible for the fee. The Louisiana Open will be held in Welsh, Saturday, May 16th

Start time 9:00am
Entry fee $25.00
Must have 2 tournaments on the books or 400 verifiable shoes.
Tournament will be scratch and participants will be placed in mixed brackets by ringer %
Deadline to enter May 10th, 7:00pm
If you plan on playing, please enter as soon as you possibly can as plaques will need to be made

The Cajun Horseshoe Pitchers hosted the Cajun Open in Welsh, Louisiana today. The organizers would like to thank everyone who helped make this tournament a success. The participants are also appreciated for their involvement in the tournament.

The Cajun Horseshoe Pitchers kicked off their league today, which included the distribution of the 2025 Season Awards. We would like to thank everyone who took part in horseshoe pitching today. The conditions were ideal for the activity!!! If you wish to join our horseshoe pitching group, please message this page or contact any of the players shown in the pictures and we will guide you through the process.

We will have our first league tournament of 2026 this saturday in Welsh.The deadline to register is 8pm wednesday. PLEASE REMEMBER 10 OCLOCK starting time.
