She was a sassy ACD x terrier x Chihuahua from Prairie Paws Animal Shelter. This page is for her. Canyon is a heeler-terrier-chihuahua that was rescued from a local shelter when she was about eight weeks old. We quickly learned that she had a lot of toy drive and loved playing in water. We had seen dock diving events in the past but never thought about getting involved until we adopted CanCan. She
started playing in water pans for the ducks which led to a plastic baby pool which lead to a larger inflatable baby pool which led to the pond. We introduced here to Dock Dogs at the 2015 KC boat show. She jumped her first time off the dock but decided she had enough because it was cold! By summer of 2015 Canyon was jump 16 ‘! In 2016 we competed in a few local Dock Dogs events. In 2017 we decided to go big and literally dive into the competitive world of Dock Dogs and travel to as many events as we could within reason. Canyon received her first World invites in Big Air Lapdog and Big Air Master. We are excited for our first Worlds experience October 25-29!
