We are always working to grow and serve you better. Here is a look at what we have been adding lately:
• Prenatal Yoga: A dedicated, supportive class for our mamas-to-be.Stretch & Scripture: Integrating Bible study with mindful yoga and stretching.
We love listening to your ideas. Based on recent feedback, we are exploring some exciting new scheduling options:
• Power Classes: Faster, high-energy sessions.Shorter Formats: Quick classes for busy schedules,circuits.Double-Feature Days: Booking two different class types back-to-back on the same day.More Variety: Giving you choices so you can skip high-intensity (HIIT) workouts if they aren't your style.
