These 4 men started out as student athletes of mine 4 years ago, I was their new XC coach. Through those 4 years they transformed from athlete to runner, kid to man, but more importantly from student to friends of mine. What I would consider part of my family. I cant wait to see them tackle life and do amazing things but as I think would agree, last night's graduation hit very hard and swift! They will be missed!

Hyner trail challenge is the largest most competitive trail race in PA. TEN of my amazing athletes ran the 50K yesterday, 7 completed the task. 6 of those 7 athletes completed the first step in the quest for the PA Triple Crown of trail Running. 2 amazing females had top 10 finishes with 1 in the top 5! Multiple PRs were achieved.

Im not really sure how I got here as a coach but I sure do love it!
