My name is Heidi Lucero and I am a Master Personal Trainer and Certified Wellness Coach. My focus is in metabolic strength training with body weight or limited equipment. I love helping people, so why not combine my love for helping people with my love for a healthy, active, lean lifestyle? My program is not just a fun, results driven workout, but also a partnership in inspiring you to reach your

goals, educating you so you can maintain your achievements long term, and supporting you through the entire process. I understand how easy it is to fall off the workout wagon, or have your cheat meal somehow turn into a cheat month, and then face the daunting task of getting back to where you were before. As a Certified Wellness Coach and Master Personal Trainer, I combine the necessary mental preparation skills and fitness training to give you the best chances of success to become fit, healthy and confident. Being a lifelong learner by nature I am always studying to be the best at what I love. Push yourself beyond what you thought was possible- you are capable of more than you think! 😂😂. Stop and put down the chocolate! There are rules with that! 😂😂
Greens: romaine is the minor leagues folks. There’s soooo many others we can enjoy! There’s spring mix, dandelion greens, kale, spinach, collard greens, Swiss chard (it even comes as rainbow chard for you unicorns out there), and many more. So many options! 😄♥️
Enjoy your chocolate, but stick to dark (at the very least 70% cacao), try organic and keep it to a minimum...it is just a treat, not a main meal 😉. My favorite chocolate is Hü- 100% cacao with coconut sugar. One square does the trick!
