What an incredible weekend at the IMAS Orlando National Tournament! Our Allstar athletes stepped onto the mats, gave it their ALL, challenged themselves, and made memories we’ll never forget.

Of course, we’re proud of every medal earned 🥇🥈🥉 — those moments represent countless hours of training, hard work, and dedication.

But the moments we’re MOST proud of can’t be measured by a medal.

The courage to step into the ring.
The confidence to perform under pressure.
The respect shown to judges, coaches, teammates, and opponents.
The grace and sportsmanship shown in both victory and defeat.
The way our students cheered each other on and our families supported the entire team. ❤️

That is what martial arts is all about.

Winning is exciting, but becoming a confident, respectful, resilient person is the real victory. 🥋

Congratulations, Team Allstar! We are SO proud of the competitors you are — but even more proud of the people you are becoming.⭐️

📢 Studio Closure Reminder

Our studio will be closed Thursday, September 3 through Monday, September 7 as our incredible instructor team travels to Orlando to coach and compete with Team Allstar at the IMAS National Tournament! 🏆

We will also remain closed on Labor Day (Monday, September 7) in observance of the holiday.

✨ Classes will resume on Tuesday, September 8.

If you'd like, be sure to use your make-up classes before the closure so you don't miss any training!

🎉 Happy First Day of School & Happy New Schedule Day! 🥋📚

Today marks the start of a brand-new school year for Palm Beach County students, and we want to wish all of our amazing families an incredible year filled with learning, growth, confidence, and success! 🍎✏️

It's also the first day of our NEW Allstar class schedule! 🎉

With more flexibility and more opportunities to train, we're excited to help every student stay consistent, reach new goals, and have even more fun on the mats this season! 💪❤️🤍💙

What a summer! ☀️🥋 Our campers trained hard, made new friends, built confidence, and created memories that will last long after camp ends. Thank you to everyone who made this season so special. As summer comes to a close this week, we can’t wait to see you all again next summer! 💙
