Our goal - to help each student achieve their personal BEST and become the most SUCCESSFUL he/she can be! Our classes develop positive, motivated and enthusiastic children and adults. Life skills are taught in each an every class such as courtesy, integrity, perseverance and so much more. In addition to character development, students become proficient in self defense skills. You will gain knowledge that will serve you in the studio and out of the studio; but, most important, you will be able to defend yourself (children and adults). Gain the skills you need for personal empowerment so that you don't become a victim! Martial arts instruction for all ages (beginning at age 4 through adults). Family owned and operated by Jack and Jodi Lord, 7th and 5th degree black belts, each with over 30 years of martial arts experience, along with their adult children, Hailey, Hannah and Matthew, all 5th degree Certified Instructors.
