🔥MEMBER SPOTLIGHT🔥
Ron ❤️’s the gym - like so many of you. In spite of genetic setbacks, he thrives on the knowledge, accountability, and equipment that only a gym can provide. Full of energy, free of distractions. 😃
- - Ron is on oxygen, and unless he is socially distanced (as in this photo taken today), he wears a mask. He loves the grind. He has a great attitude, even though his hips make walking painful. Exercising almost daily for 14 years, the only time he misses is when he endures another surgery. He ❤️’s the mental benefits as much as the physical benefits. He inspires us, and we hope Ron will inspire you.

1. Seated Abductions x 20
2. Frog Pumps x 20
3. Glute Bridges x 20
4. Glute Kickbacks x 12 each leg
5. Standing Abductions x 12 each leg
6. Squats x 20
7. Jump Squats x 15

Here’s a cheeky lower body workout for your Friday afternoon! Complete each exercise for a total of 3 sets.
1. Kneeling Hip Thrusts x 20
2. Wall Sits x 30 seconds
3. Sumo Squats w Calf Raise x 20
4. Frog Pumps x 20
5. Pulse Squats x 20
6. Forward and Reverse Lunges x 10
7. Single-Leg Glute Bridge x 1
8. RDLs x 15

We are sure many of you have heard Colorado governor Polis just issued new mask requirements effective at midnight tonight. It states any public indoor space requires a mask for 11 years and older. Exempt “are those who cannot medically tolerate a face covering”

We know there are strong opinions on this and respect that. Please avoid knee-jerk reactions and understand we must follow governor’s orders by relaying this information to our members. Please be kind to your F1 team and fellow members by wearing a face covering while at Fitness1.

Take necessary precautions if you’re doing heavy cardio, our live classes, or heavy lifting to get proper oxygen and avoid lightheadedness. We have four air-conditioning units keeping this whole place cool! 👍 We appreciate all of you! We will get through this stronger together. Thank you for supporting our small business, and our dozens of team members who adore you.
