I appreciate all who have shared the mats with me through the years. Without you all, there is no jiujitsu. I will forever be a student of jiujitsu, and I will forever show up for myself and for others. Jiu-Jitsu is my lifestyle.

Great comp training tonight with the team. Also, it’s our friend .halbstark last day on the mats with us, thank you for the visit and spending time with us on the Mat! It’s always a pleasure to have train with us, we will see you next year!

Ryne in his first competition showed alot of confidence and abilities. In his first ever competition he managed to take the back and finish with a submission. He has been working very hard and is ready for new challenges.

Alejandro entered his first jiujitsu competition and met everyone’s expectations. He was poised and dominant in his matches where he landed some really impressive takedowns and submissions. He is a student of the game and has many more wins to come.
