If you are a bread lover (like me), it is always better to make your own then to buy in the store. There are a lot of recipes out there how to make bread, but this is my favorite ( my moms ).
What you will need:
* 70g flour ( I use 450g wheat flour and 300g white flour but you can do it any way you prefer)
* One small bag of dry yeast
* 1 Tbsp salt
* 1/2 tsp sugar
* 1TBSP olive oil
* Any seeds you want inside ( i used sunflower seeds and oats inside )
* Warm, but not hot water around 300-400 ml
* 1TBSP butter (optional)
Mix all the ingredients together besides butter and water. Then slowly start adding water little by little with your hand until you get a good dough consistency. Once you do that, cover the dough and let it sit for 1hr until it doubles up in the size. Then mix it once again with your hand and put it on a baking sheet in a form of bread. On top of it add some more oats and a few slices of butter and let it sit for another 30 minutes uncovered. Bake it for 15 minutes on 250 C and then another 20 minutes on 150 or until it is golden brown. Remove it from the oven and put few more butter slices on top of it and cover it again. When it cools down it is ready to eat and keep it max 2 days outside. Then if you have leftovers, cut it up and leave it in the fridge.
