Just finished another certification, and this one is by far the best one yet! FMS stands for functional movement systems. Their motto is "first move well, then move often". Moving often doesn't work, if you're not moving well. This certification taught me a systematic, standardized movement screen to see how people move in their everyday life (no matter their age). The screen checks mobility and stability, as well as more complex movement patterns in order to find any issues that need to be corrected. Then, perhaps more importantly, I learned how to correct them.

I'm SO very excited to implement this with all of my current clients, and any new ones that come along. It's so empowering knowing how to not only look for any dysfunctions in movement, but how to help fix them. And doing it in a safe, research-based way.

So proud of my Just 4 You friends for selflessly helping the community by donating their time and energy to the Wellington Food Bank! You guys work so hard week after week - rain, shine, wind or snow!! And you guys still make time to work out! Amazing! :D 💪💪💪

I can't believe it's been over 4 years!! Thank you to anyone and everyone that has ever attended our fabulous Just 4 You class! It wouldn't have made it 4 years without the amazing attendance. We've had the largest attendance numbers of any of the classes since I started here 7 years ago!

I hope everyone can make it! There will be a surprise gift at the door as well. :D See you there! And make sure you wear white or neon colors! We will be working out that day! 💪💪💪
