🚨 UNDER 15? NO MORE E-BIKES, ELECTRIC SCOOTERS OR GOLF CARTS ON WELLINGTON PUBLIC ROADS

In a split 3-2 vote, Wellington approved new rules effective immediately requiring riders of these devices to be at least 15 years old.

The ordinance also requires helmets and ID, sets a 15 mph limit on sidewalks and designated pathways, and restricts where the devices can be ridden.
