Shoutout to Jacob Timko for his hard work and determination in losing 🌟100 POUNDS🌟

Jacob has shown up consistently since October and put in the work both inside and outside the gym. Achieving milestones like this requires a complete lifestyle overhaul. And he jumped in willing and ready!

All journeys start with taking that first step. I’m grateful that I get to be a part of yours, Jacob!

Goals don’t stop just because the world has! Shout out to everyone who is using this down time to stay focused and come back even stronger!
This experience has made me step up my coaching game, whether it is changing things up on the fly, utilizing limited equipment, or perfecting my verbal coaching cues so that we can perform movements without the ability to properly demonstrate. They think I am making them stronger, but the truth is - it’s the other way around. Hard times always have a silver lining. Don’t lose sight of the light at the end of the tunnel 💪🏼❤️

Trying to keep a good sense of humor through all of the craziness! Using this down time to redefine who I am and redesign my business. We are all so “busy” that we put ourselves last. What are you going to try to do for your future self during this time?

I just wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that I plan to remain open and have been extra vigilant about cleaning and sanitizing my studio. We are fully stocked with professional grade sanitizing wipes, cleaners, bleach, good old soap and water, and even toilet paper!

Because the majority of my training is one on one, I am easily able to keep all of my equipment clean and germ free after each and every use. We don’t have crowds. It is a contained environment that had been carefully cleaned for each person who enters.

If you are a member at Evolution, please rest assured that we have your back. We will do our part and ask that you do yours as well. If you are experiencing allergy symptoms or common cold symptoms and feel you are ok to workout, bring it. I’m not afraid of you. But if you have a fever, please stay home and rest. Your health is about much more than exercising. Please remember that I have senior clients who have conditions that would leave them very compromised by a virus such as this. And they mean a whole lot to me. ❤️
