Practice schedule for this week!
Wednesday 6:00-8:00 PM with Coach Hudson and Coach Addan

Thursday 6:00-8:00 PM freestyle focused practice with college wrestler Addan Schmidt

No practice Friday, instead will be having a watch party for Final X to see who will represent team USA at the 2026 world championships. Everybody and anybody are welcome. We will have snacks and drinks for the party but feel free to bring any thing you would like to add. Hope to see you all there!!!🇺🇸

What an amazing job done by Awesome Signs!!! This is stunning and stands out more than ever💚🖤Thank you to Coach Arthur Pernell & Ryan Baker for cleaning the windows, scraping old stickers & glue (what a mess it was), scrubbing the aluminum in between the windows, prying off the old numbers and powerwashing the front of the building (even though there may have been a slight flood😂). Special thank you to Art for the nice surprise on the interior door. Iykyk

We will also be hosting a satelitte weigh-in for Break The Chains "Takedown's 'Til Sundown" from 730-830pm. EVERYONE is welcome in our facility!
