🐟 A New Chapter for Catfish Kolby Bait 🐟
It’s pretty incredible to look back and think that Catfish Kolby Bait started with nothing more than a 9-year-old boy with a dream. A kid who loved fishing, had an idea, and decided to go after it.
That little boy is 17 now. Eight years later, it’s hard to put into words what this journey has meant and how proud we are of everything he built from that childhood dream.
After a lot of thought, we’ve decided it’s time to slow things down a little. From here on out, Catfish Kolby Bait will be focusing on local sales only.
Over the years, this became about so much more than selling jars of bait. It became fishing stories, pictures of catches, handshakes, laughs, lessons learned, memories made, and friendships that we never would have had without Catfish Kolby Bait.
To everyone who ever bought a jar of bait, shared our name, told a friend, sent us a picture of a big catfish, or simply believed in a 9-year-old kid with a dream—thank you.
You helped that little boy turn an idea into something real. You watched him grow up right alongside this business, and you gave him experiences, memories, and friendships that money could never buy.
This isn’t goodbye. We’re just bringing things back closer to home and keeping Catfish Kolby Bait local.
From a 9-year-old boy with a dream to a 17-year-old young man with eight years of memories behind him, what a ride it has been.
