We’re excited to announce that Tristan Hollenbaugh is now a coach on TrainDay!! Tristan is a NJ native through and through with wrestling for Don Bosco Prep before heading to Stevens Institute of Technology where he competed at 197lbs and graduated in 2018. Tristian also continues to help kids grow and work towards their goals by coaching the Hoboken Sharks at Edge. We could not be more thrilled to have Tristan part of our team as well here at TrainDay!!

Kids these days are becoming SO GOOD at such a young age. Several factors contribute to this, such as having great training partners, competing in tournaments, watching online technique videos, visibility to role models in the sport, and most importantly, increased access to excellent coaches! Last month our very own Scott Giffin was inducted into the South Jersey Wrestling Hall of Fame. It’s no surprise why; Scott won the coveted NJ state title in 2005, along with 2nd and 5th place finishes. After high school, Scott went on to become an All-American for UPenn and now works as a Director in Performance Analytics for the Wyndham Hotel Group. Great job Scott on all of your well-deserved accomplishments. We’re proud to have you on our team here at TrainDay!
