In this immersive experience, live sound bowls played by Kristen Elder wash over you, guiding you deeper into stillness with every resonant tone, while you are held by bolsters, blankets and blocks in restorative postures led by Lauren Milford.

There’s a reason why we hung a print in our lobby with one of our favorite quotes: “growth is not linear.”

We come together here to practice in community, but each of us owns our practice. Yours doesn’t have to look anything like the person next to you. And while you could try to increase your flexibility, reaching back for that foot and maybe one day making that connection to pull it in, you don’t get an A if you do an F if you don’t. Even in the same week, that might be accessible to you one day and too much another day.

Growth in yoga looks like an increasing awareness of your true self. Letting go of ego. Listening to what you need. Challenging the stories you tell yourself. Learning you’re more capable than you thought. Being kind and honest to yourself and others.

Releasing that concept of linear progression, a steady climb up a mountain, and allowing the journey to unfold with radical acceptance: that is growth.

Say hello to Jennifer 👋 She’s been here since the beginning and this introduction is long overdue. 🤎

Her goal for her students is that they leave feeling a little bit lighter and more relaxed than before they took class.

Jennifer has been teaching yoga since 2014 and specializes in restorative yoga and gentle yoga. She loves to make yoga accessible to people of all backgrounds, levels of yoga, and all bodies.

In addition to teaching yoga, she’s also a full time Classics teacher and a yoga continuing education provider.

Our flock has grown! 🐦‍⬛ Meet our newest instructor, Drew .with.drew.

She is a sculpt and group fitness instructor who loves helping people feel strong, capable, and connected to their bodies in every kind of movement. Her goal is to create a space where you can push yourself, modify when needed, and leave feeling accomplished rather than depleted.

Drew is passionate about making fitness feel empowering and approachable, and she loves meeting people exactly where they are in their journey while helping them grow stronger along the way.

Join her for Sculpt 💪 on Wednesdays at 6 a.m. and select Saturdays at 10 a.m.
